TennisShop.ae wants you to know that all the products can be returned for a full refund as per the customer's convenience in the form of a credit note/e-coupon (excluding the shipping amount) within seven days of the invoice date. Products must be in unused condition with original packing. Open packaging will be acceptable only if the product still has the original tags—only unbroken original packages, including all accessories.
Conditions of returns: if,
- You have received a wrong product/size.
- You have received a damaged product.
- You have received an item different from the description on the site.
How to complete your return
Log into your tennis shop account, click on return product and follow the instructions.
We will review your request, arrange a pick-up from our logistics, and change the product or process the credit note/e-coupon. Then, we will take care of the rest and notify you via e-mail when your return is processed.
Your refund (credit note/e-coupon) will be initiated once the returned product is received back in our customer fulfilment centre and inspected by our team; the final refund will be received by you as follows:
- If paid by your credit/debit card, you will receive the refund (credit note/e-coupon) within 7 -15 business days on your e-mail.
- If you have cancelled your order before shipping, an automated refund will be provided to your credit/debit card within 7-15 business days.
- Credit note/e-coupon will remain valid for six months at most. During this, you can use the same amount to buy any product from the website.
- Please note that only ONE FREE Return is allowed per invoice within seven days from the invoice date.
- After the first FREE return, regular shipping charges will apply over returns.
Please note only ONE exchange is allowed per invoice within seven days of the invoice date.
All exchange products will be shipped back to you free of charge via the first flight courier/partner unless otherwise specified.
- Cancelling Order: – You may cancel your order immediately before shipping for any reason.
Our Cancellation: – We may cancel your order (s) under the following pretenses:
- Failure to make any payment within a specific time frame;
- Failure to provide us with any information that is necessary for us to deliver the products;
- Failure to provide a rational timeline for us to deliver the products to you as well as to receive the products from you;
1) General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable while placing an Order, we will notify you about the progress. In contrast, the total amount of your order is refunded to you using the original payment method. – All orders are subject to stock availability.
2) Delivery Location
Items are only available on our website for delivery to addresses in [the drop-down]. [We also accept orders from international customers shipping to addresses in [the drop down] only. Any shipments outside of [the drop-down] are not available at this time. – Both International and domestic serviceable area lists have been shared already.
3) Delivery Time
- An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed and confirmed. Please note that the delivery time is estimated and commences from the shipping date. The Delivery time can use as a guide only and is subject to the acceptance of the order.
- The order will be fulfilled within 2-4 business days from the date of your order unless there are unprecedented circumstances.
- The delivery date is subject to change due to shipping carrier practices, delivery location, delivery method, and ordered items. Products may also be delivered in separate/several shipments.

5) Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are based on your order's weight and delivery method. To find how much your order will cost, add the items you want to purchase to your customised cart. Proceed to the checkout page, where the shipping charges will be displayed at the checkout screen.
- Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Shipping charges can be passed at any stage of purchase via FFC API.
- Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
- Duties and Taxes will be charged extra according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
6) Damaged Items in Transport
Contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if you receive damaged products or packaging on delivery (that can be mentioned within 24 hours from the delivery). It can be altered at any time.
