Returns – Terms & Conditions

• Items must be returned unused, in original sealed packaging.
• Shoes must be in their original box, with tags attached, and unused.
• Products that are opened, used, or missing their seal are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Only items meeting these conditions will be accepted.

Exchange Policy

• Standard items: One-time exchange within 7 days of receipt.
• Discounted/promotional items: One-time exchange within 3 days of receipt.
• All items must be unused and in original sealed packaging.

Return Policy

• Standard items: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Discounted/promotional items: Returns accepted within 3 days. No cash refunds—customers will receive a credit note or coupon valid for 3 months.
• Refunds are only issued for non-discounted items purchased online.

Return Process Timeline

• Delivery to our fulfilment centre: Up to 3 days (depending on location).
• Inspection & quality check: 2 business days.
• Refund processing: 10–15 business days, depending on payment method and bank.
• Refunds depend on the condition of the returned product.

General Conditions

• TennisShop.ae reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy requirements.
• Rejected returns will not be eligible for refund, credit, or exchange.

International Shipping Policy –

1. Shipping Charges
• Flat fee: AED 200 at checkout.
• If actual shipping exceeds AED 200, customers must pay the difference before shipment.
2. Customs Duties & Taxes
• Duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid upon delivery.
3. Customs Clearance
• Customs procedures vary by country; delays are beyond our control.
4. Order Refusal / Customs Non-Payment
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds for products will only be issued if returned in original condition, with return shipping costs deducted.
5. Legal Compliance
• Customers must ensure items comply with local laws and import regulations.

International Returns & Exchanges

• Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds will only be issued once items are received in original condition with all tags and packaging.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following items:

• Undergarments
• Strung rackets (requested stringing from the customer’s end)
• Caps

• Credit/Debit Card: 10–14 business days
• BNPL (Tabby/Tamara): 14–21 business days
• Cash on Delivery: 10–15 business days after QC approval and bank details submission.

Note: Refunds are always processed to the original payment method and cannot be changed once initiated.

Special Terms for Discounted Items

• Discounted/promotional items are not eligible for cash refunds.
• One-time exchange permitted within the specified period.
• Returns will be compensated with a coupon code valid for 3 months (non-cash).

Please note that delivery timelines may be impacted during UAE National Holidays, public holidays, festive periods, and other officially declared holidays due to courier, logistics, and operational limitations. While TennisShop.ae strives to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of all orders, slight delays may occur during such periods. We appreciate your understanding and patience in advance.

Additionally, order processing, exchanges, returns, and refund timelines may also require additional working days during public holidays and peak seasonal periods.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of placing the order. TennisShop.ae shall not be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional courier charges arising due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

In cases where delivery is refused by the customer or multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, additional shipping or return charges may apply. Any applicable charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Any damaged, defective, or missing item claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with supporting photographs/videos of the package and product.

During promotional campaigns, clearance sales, product launches, and high-order-volume periods, order processing and delivery timelines may be extended beyond standard delivery estimates.

Rackets that are professionally strung, customized, or modified upon customer request may not be eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.
