Returns – Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned unused, in original sealed packaging.
Shoes must be in their original box, with tags attached, and unused.
Products that are opened, used, or missing their seal are not eligible for return or exchange.
Only items meeting these conditions will be accepted.

Exchange Policy

Standard items: One-time exchange within 7 days of receipt.
Discounted/promotional items: One-time exchange within 3 days of receipt.
All items must be unused and in original sealed packaging.

Return Policy

Standard items: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Discounted/promotional items: Returns accepted within 3 days. No cash refunds—customers will receive a credit note or coupon valid for 3 months.
Refunds are only issued for non-discounted items purchased online.
