Returns – Terms & Conditions

• Items must be returned unused, in original sealed packaging.
• Shoes must be in their original box, with tags attached, and unused.
• Products that are opened, used, or missing their seal are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Only items meeting these conditions will be accepted.

Exchange Policy

• Standard items: One-time exchange within 7 days of receipt.
• Discounted/promotional items: One-time exchange within 3 days of receipt.
• All items must be unused and in original sealed packaging.

Return Policy

• Standard items: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Discounted/promotional items: Returns accepted within 3 days. No cash refunds—customers will receive a credit note or coupon valid for 3 months.
• Refunds are only issued for non-discounted items purchased online.

Return Process Timeline

• Delivery to our fulfilment centre: Up to 3 days (depending on location).
• Inspection & quality check: 2 business days.
• Refund processing: 10–15 business days, depending on payment method and bank.
• Refunds depend on the condition of the returned product.

General Conditions

• TennisShop.ae reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy requirements.
• Rejected returns will not be eligible for refund, credit, or exchange.

International Shipping Policy –

• Flat fee: AED 200 at checkout.
• If actual shipping exceeds AED 200, customers must pay the difference before shipment.
2. Customs Duties & Taxes
• Duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid upon delivery.
3. Customs Clearance
• Customs procedures vary by country; delays are beyond our control.
4. Order Refusal / Customs Non-Payment
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds for products will only be issued if returned in original condition, with return shipping costs deducted.
5. Legal Compliance
• Customers must ensure items comply with local laws and import regulations.

International Returns & Exchanges

• Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

• Cash on Delivery: 10–15 business days after QC approval and bank details submission.

• Discounted/promotional items are not eligible for cash refunds.
