With running shoes gaining more and more stack, the Cloud X 4 finds the ideal balance between well cushioned enough to deliver a comfortable underfoot experience on the run, while still offering the connected to the ground feeling athletes need to take on those HIIT workouts.

In the midsole, the Cloud X 4 contains Helion foam cushioning for soft landings while the new X-shaped Speedboard provides a propulsive toe-off as well as flexibility during multilateral movements. For grip and traction, the Cloud X 4 features areas of exposed outsole with rubber pads strategically placed in high wear areas, which gives athletes the stickiness needed to attack their workouts while shedding weight where possible.

Wrapping this shoe up is the eco-friendly upper that is made up of 100% recycled polyester that's thin and breathable, which makes this a fantastic option for indoors at the gym or hot summer days on the roads.

Terms and Conditions for Accepting Returns

The product must be returned in its original packaging, sealed, and unused.
Shoes must be returned in their original box, with tags attached, and unused.
If the product has been used or the original seal has been removed, the product is not
eligible for a refund or exchange.
Only products meeting the above conditions will be considered for return.

Exchange Policy

Standard products are eligible for a onetime exchange within seven (7) days from the
date of receipt.
Promotional/discounted items are eligible for a onetime exchange only within three (3)
days from the date of receipt.
Products must be unused and in original sealed packaging to be eligible for exchange.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within seven (7) days from the date of delivery for standard items.
Promotional/discounted items may be returned within three (3) days, but no refunds will
be issued.
Instead, a credit note or discount coupon code of the same value will be provided, valid
for 3 months, and not redeemable for cash.
Refunds for online orders will only be issued for nondiscounted items.

Return Process Timeline

Once your return is initiated, it may take up to three (3) days for the item to reach our
fulfillment center, depending on your location.
Upon arrival, please allow two (2) business days for inspection and quality checks.

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 10–15 business days, depending on
your payment method and bank processing time.
Refunds are subject to the condition of the returned product.

General Conditions Applicable to All Returns

TennisShop.ae reserves the right to return any product to the customer if it does not meet
our return conditions.
If the return is rejected, no refund, credit note, or exchange will be issued.

International Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Charges

A flat international shipping fee of AED 200 will be applied at checkout.
If actual shipping costs exceed AED 200, the customer will be notified and required to pay
the difference before shipment.

2. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

These charges are not included in our shipping fees.
All applicable duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid upon
package arrival.

3. Customs Clearance

Customs processes vary by country. Delays due to customs are beyond our control.

4. Order Refusal or Return Due to Customs Fees

If the customer refuses to pay customs duties and the package is returned or abandoned:
Shipping charges will not be refunded.

A refund for the product may be issued only if the item is received back in original
condition, and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

5. Legal Compliance

Customers must ensure all ordered items are compliant with local laws and import
regulations.

International Returns and Exchanges

All return and exchange charges for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Refunds will be issued only after the item is received in original condition with all tags and
packaging.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

4. Rackets that have been strung
