TennisShop.ae – Returns, Exchanges & International Shipping Policy

Terms and Conditions for Accepting Returns

• The product must be returned in its original packaging, sealed, and unused.
• Shoes must be returned in their original box, with tags attached, and unused.
•  If the product has been used or the original seal has been removed, the product is not
  eligible for a refund or exchange.
• Only products meeting the above conditions will be considered for return.

Exchange Policy

• Standard products are eligible for a onetime exchange within seven (7) days from the
  date of receipt.
• Promotional/discounted items are eligible for a onetime exchange only within three (3)
  days from the date of receipt.
• Products must be unused and in original sealed packaging to be eligible for exchange.

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within seven (7) days from the date of delivery for standard items.
• Promotional/discounted items may be returned within three (3) days, but no refunds will
  be issued.
•  Instead, a credit note or discount coupon code of the same value will be provided, valid
  for 3 months, and not redeemable for cash.
• Refunds for online orders will only be issued for nondiscounted items.

Return Process Timeline

• Once your return is initiated, it may take up to three (3) days for the item to reach our
  fulfillment center, depending on your location.
• Upon arrival, please allow two (2) business days for inspection and quality checks.

• Once approved, your refund will be processed within 10–15 business days, depending on
  your payment method and bank processing time.
• Refunds are subject to the condition of the returned product.

General Conditions Applicable to All Returns

• TennisShop.ae reserves the right to return any product to the customer if it does not meet
  our return conditions.
• If the return is rejected, no refund, credit note, or exchange will be issued.

International Shipping Policy

1.  Shipping Charges

•  A flat international shipping fee of AED 200 will be applied at checkout.
• If actual shipping costs exceed AED 200, the customer will be notified and required to pay
  the difference before shipment.

2.  Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

• These charges are not included in our shipping fees.
• All applicable duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid upon
  package arrival.

3.  Customs Clearance

• Customs processes vary by country. Delays due to customs are beyond our control.

4.  Order Refusal or Return Due to Customs Fees

• If the customer refuses to pay customs duties and the package is returned or abandoned:
  Shipping charges will not be refunded.

A refund for the product may be issued only if the item is received back in original
condition, and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

5.  Legal Compliance

• Customers must ensure all ordered items are compliant with local laws and import
  regulations.

International Returns and Exchanges

• All return and exchange charges for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.
  Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
• Refunds will be issued only after the item is received in original condition with all tags and
  packaging.
• No returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

   4. Rackets that have been strung

Timelines

• Credit/Debit Card: 10–14 business days
• BNPL (Tabby/Tamara): 14–21 business days
• Cash on Delivery: After QC approval, Tennisshop.ae will contact the customer for bank details. Refunds take 10–15 business days postprocessing.

Note: Refunds are always processed to the original payment method. Once initiated, the refund method cannot be changed.

Special Terms for Discounted Items

• Discounted/promotional items are not eligible for cash refunds.
• A one-time exchange is permitted within the specified exchange.
• If returned, a credit note or discount coupon code of equal value will be issued, valid for 3 months, and not redeemable for cash.
