Terms and conditions for accepting returns: -

  1. The product must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unused.
  2. The shoes must be returned with the original box, tags and unused.
  3. If the product has been used or the original seal was removed, then the product is not eligible for a refund.
  4. Only the products covered in point (1 & 2) will be considered for return.

Exchange window: -

  1. TennisShop.ae offers an exchange window of seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the purchase. (ONE TIME ONLY)
  2. TennisShop.ae offers an exchange window of three (3) days on promotional/offers products from the date of receipt of the purchase. (ONE TIME ONLY)
  3. If the product has been used or the original seal was removed, then the product is not eligible for an exchange.

Return window: -

  1. TennisShop.ae offers a return window of seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the purchase.
  2. TennisShop.ae offers a return window of three (3) days on promotional/offers products from the date of receipt of the purchase.

Process upon receiving return request:-

  1. It may take up to three (3) days based on your location for a product to reach us once you return it.
  2. Once the item reaches our fulfilment centre, allow for up to two (2) business days to inspect and quality check your returned product.
  3. After the return is processed, it may take up to ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days for the refund to get credited to your credit card or bank account.

Your refund is subject to the condition of the returned product.

  1. TennisShop.ae shall reserve the right to return a product to the customer if the product returned does not meet any of its guidelines or conditions. The customer shall not be entitled to any refund if the product is not eligible for return.

International Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer international shipping to our customers worldwide. Please review the following terms and conditions related to international orders:

1 Shipping Charges

  • A flat international shipping fee of AED 200 will be charged at checkout. If the actual shipping cost exceeds AED 200, the customer will be notified and is required to pay the difference before the order is shipped.

2 Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

  • Please note that customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or any other charges imposed by the destination country are *not included* in the shipping charges collected by us. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon arrival of the package in the destination country.

3 Customs Clearance

  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges. Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control and may affect the estimated delivery time.

4 Order Refusal or Return Due to Customs Fees

  • If a customer refuses to pay the required customs duties or taxes, resulting in the package being returned or abandoned, *no shipping charges will be refunded*. A refund for the product(s) may be issued only if the returned items are received back in their original condition, and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

5 Compliance with Local Laws

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered comply with all regulations and laws in their country.
  1. All international shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.
  2. Return and exchange charges for international orders will be the responsibility of the customer.
  3. ⁠Refunds will only be issued once the item has been returned in original packing & Un-used condition with all original tags received by us.

International Policy for Return and Exchange

  1. The customer is responsible for all return charges.
  2. For hygiene reasons, socks, wristbands, and undergarments cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  3. On purchasing a new racket, if the customer wishes to get the racket strung from us, the strung racket cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.

We can only refund the cost of the returned product; shipping charges are non-refundable. The refund will be processed once we receive the returned item and it passes our quality inspection. Please note, return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

How does TennisShop.ae handle refunds after returning the item?

After TennisShop.ae collects the item from you, it undergoes a thorough inspection. Once it passes Quality Check, the refund is initiated to the original payment source as follows:

What happens when a payment is made using a credit or debit card?

An automatic transfer to your source account will occur within fourteen (14) business days, depending on your bank.

What if I paid with cash?

Cash payments will be credited to your bank account. TennisShop.ae will contact the customer once the return passed the Quality Check for bank details. It can take up to ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days to reflect the refund in your bank account.

Used a Buy Now Pay Later option like Tabby or Tamara. When can I expect the refund?

For Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) payments, the refund will be reflected in your customer account within fourteen (14) to twenty-one (21) days depending on your BNPL partner.

Will I get a complete refund if the item is returned if I have paid for the order using the 'Credit Card EMI' payment option?

Yes, you will get a complete refund to the extent of the EMIs paid (if any) in case the order is returned.

However, banks may charge some refund or pre-closure charges. Please check with your respective bank for their policy for cancellations, refunds, and pre-closures.

Can I get a refund for the item through any other mode if I have paid using the 'Credit Card EMI' payment option?

No, the refund for an order placed using the 'Credit Card EMI' payment mode can only be done to the credit card from which the payment was made.

Also, the shipping fee and Cod fee are non-refundable once the item is delivered to you.

Note: Once the refund is issued, we are unable to change the refund method.
